Also, even though he wasn’t from the Syracuse area, prayers go out to one of the victims of the mass shooting in Gilroy CA. He was from Romulus in Seneca County and graduated from Keuka College.
I think the city gets underrated based strictly on negative aspects and many people in the area may not realize what type of neighborhoods may actually be in the city. Some may view the city based upon winter weather as well.
As for another neighborhood suggestion, Eastwood is another that is walkable and has great potential to be even better.
