Are there any parks or locations where people congregate to play in this area? I've been given names of places, but no one's there when I ride past. There were a few exceptions during that bizarre week of summer.

Barry Park would have a mix of guys playing "pickup" soccer. It is off of Westcott near Meadowbrook Drive.

Thank you for the information. I've played once with some people form the Asian community over near Park St, and once near a field by South Campus. I will check these out. Usually leagues require ful teams to be established, no?

Yeah, Barry's good. And I'm sure there are pick-up games at a lot of Northside parks.

Nope, alot of them let you sign up as a "free agent." Then they'll take all those people and make a team. I did that for softball before and was on the house team.

I'm interested in playing soccer too, but have no one to play with. Is Barry Park at the end of Westcott, close to the Brugger Bagel's plaza?
