I truly don't know how to prove it one way or the other.
Everything I can find just Goggling around shows they are protected but I can't see how it matters as the OP is within city limits and and can't open up with a 12 ga.
This one list sub sections and crap but again, I just don't know.
I'm not always right. I'm actually the sort of person who likes stats but almost always gets it slightly off... and my friends often know it's wrong. So I'm WRONG, then. I can't continue saying something that's wrong so I have to look up what's RIGHT. People should be told the truth, right, if we can at all help it?
That's why I try not to say What Is Wrong, if I have any inkling that it is. And if I can't find out, I don't say it's right. If I'm not sure, I say so. That's all. It's really pretty simple.
Its within the city so no legal method is gonna work.
Pellets will work but if the mother is feeding them its gonna take alot of shooting. Its not like crows have a network that says "don't go there or you'll get shot".
Yep - feeding the pests is no way to get rid of them.
We see beautiful birds outside, on our cedar tree and in the garden. I don't put feeders out though, because I don't like excessive bird crap on our vehicles. We used to have a decorative cherry tree... those d@mn birds pooped purple goop everywhere!
