I'm just standing out in the shop freezing staring at the tools I wanna use so dad dreaming about warmer days. About May the overnight temps will allow me to get started again.
Not much else you can do but daydream about spring.

.) 6th largest mall in the country filled with entertainment
.) one of the best college sport teams in the country, not to mention the only university who has a dome. Also, largest basketball games in the country, even bigger than the NBA by a lot.
.) Ranked 6th in the country for most bars by percentage.
.) a world class speedway is currently being built in central square.
.) the inner harbor is currently being built.
.) short and easy commute
.) cheap cost of living
.) close proximity to many amazing parks such as the Adirondacks and the Thousand Islands.
.) great for skiing, snowboarding, sledding and snowmobiling
.) a plethora of athletic clubs
.) one of the best golf facilities... Turning Stone and Timber Banks
.) A casino with the biggest club in Upstate New York
.) tons of mom and pop shops....Go down south where everything is franchise food. (which is disgusting in my eyes)
.) In the summer you can go to two beaches...preferably Sylvan and Green Lakes
.) Four Seasons
A better question really would be what isn't good about upstate New York?
