When the Center of Excellence for Environmental and Energy Systems and the Biotech Center were conceived, Syracuse was to be the center of those two industries! Rolls Royce was right about Simpson and CenterState, as far as I am concerned it is a social club for small time business owners who want to pat themselves on the back!

I agree that it is odd that Utica is getting things accomplished, but the Syracuse announcements have had lackluster results. Perhaps there may need to be another business organization that is focused on specifically the Syracuse area.
While I can see what he said happening, this isn't enough.
It is interesting that every metro except for Syracuse along the I-90 corridor has had a major job/investment announcement in recent years. So, I'm wondering about which area will get the $500 million state investment.
