So far James Court seems promising. I just have to worry about internet. I thought about it and i dont like the idea of having shared internet anyway

I prefer everything with utilities to be under $900. The James Court is $630 and with internet probably max $680.

Also, do you have a preference in terms of the type of neighborhood that you are looking for?

I don't have a preference in the type of neighborhood. What is your opinions on the neighborhood that James Court is at? I will be checking it out tomorrow.

It is on James Street up the hill from Downtown, which is a decent to even nice area close to Sedgwick, an old money residential neighborhood. You'll notice that as you steadily go up the hill on James, the better it gets.

There is pretty good bus coverage along James Street. So, using the bus may be a legitimate option for you going into Downtown, into Eastwood or to the James Street Wegmans(grocery store) just east of Thompson Road.

I have a car to get around and do errands so I guess that makes it easier for me.

Good, as while the bus system can be pretty good if you live in a relatively strategic location, having a car does make things easier.
