Best Apartment Complexes in the Syracuse, NY Area (Clay, Manlius: renter, lofts)

I did a little research and found some of the best Apartment Complexes in the Syracuse area ... outside of downtown Syracuse....with the best reviews and locations.

I can't guarantee these apartments are great places to live but they are a good starting point to begin your own research.

I didn't include downtown Syracuse apartments in my list because I think they are in a different category.

I can vouch for Clayton Manor, which is near the village of Liverpool, the Taft Road Wegmans, it is right behind Lockheed Martin, there are a couple of parks nearby and it is close to the Thruway, among other things. It has expanded since I lived there, but is was a nice, quiet complex with a fitness room and community room.

I lived in number five rated Ridgewood. I would not recommend Ridgewood to my worst enemy . It’s an old property with thin walls. It’s run down and not very well insulated. I had three different apartment managers in the six months I lived there. Sketchy renters as well. A renter was arrested for dumpster diving looking for credit card applications and receipts while I was there.
