Our NNY representative to Washington, John McHugh, is scheduled to be appointed by Pres Obama today as the new Secty of the Army. How exciting!

We haven't had anyone in a position of this importance since the Dulles' who incidentally were from the same upstate neighborhood. John is highly knowledgeable and an expert in the field - a good man.
