It's a planned community that was completed in the mid 70's with parkland, a golf course, tennis and basketball courts and some industry/companies in it's corporate park.

It's right off of Route 31 and is very safe. There was talk at one time of them having their own school or school system, but they are still a part of the Baldwinsville SD.

There are apartments and homes. I believe there are some restrictions in terms of what you can do to your home though.

It is very close to the shopping centers on the Route 31 corridor in Clay. So, you wouldn't have to go too far for any type of shopping.

Radisson Community

Radisson Community Association

Radisson Greens Golf Course

It is about a 15 minute drive from the city of Syracuse and about 25 minutes from Oswego. You can take either I-690 or I-481 to I-81 to get into the city of Syracuse from there.

I live in Radisson and it is a great place to live. Everyone is really friendly and you know/like your neighbors. The have events for residents through out the year. The elementary aged children are zoned to McNamara which I believe is ranked 9 out of 10. I can attest it is an incredible school. Radisson is also very convenient to shopping and if you work in Syracuse it takes about 15-20 minutes. If you are considering Radisson, drive around the neighborhood and I'm sure you'll see someone out and about and just ask what they think.
