Thinking about building or buying a house in this area. Was told roads were UNPAVED but their was HOA for road maintenance. How are the roads when it is wet and rainy?
Thanks for any info. We are not from that area but retiring to it. But we do love the look of the unpaved roads

Thats a great area to buy into! That side of town is really booming right now and value will only go up. They literally just opened the brand new theater next to cosco and its the best in town.
I'm a home inspector so I'm pretty familiar with driving around town.
As far as the roads, they are well kept for dirt roads. Some pavement but mostly dirt roads. The rain probably wont be so bad there compared to other dirt roads here in tally.
