My husband and I have decided that we want to move to gulf coast Florida from Dallas, TX, and we are not sure what area exactly we would like to end up in. We have been to the Orlando area, as well as the Destin and Clearwater areas so we have a little bit of an idea of what is there, but it is hard to narrow down which areas would be good for our kids (1st grade) and my teaching career (middle school). We would like a community near the gulf coast and beaches but nothing too expensive. Any input would be helpful as far as good family neighborhoods, good schools, beach access, and things to do. Thanks!
