There alot of chicago transplants in tampa, when the Bears play the Bucs
its like a home game for the Bears. Can you show me one negative thing I said about the Bucs? In fact I feel sorry for you guys because in this day and age you still have blackouts thats terrible. And the thread did say Bear Fans in tampa. It was on this date 25 years ago the greatest NFL team in history won the SuperBowl Da Bears!

Greatest team - very debatable since they didn't win more than one championship. BTW, the Bucs have a more recent Lombardi - this century.

Chicago fans have to live in the past with Bears/Bulls. They can't do that with the Cubs though.

Packers vs. Bears is the NFL version of Yankees vs. Redsox, and the Bears are clearly the Redsox. I would say the Packers and Steelers are almsost like 1A & 1B, since the Packers have the most NFL Championships and Steelers have the most Super Bowls, I would put the Bears in the top 5, due to the lifetime overall winning %.

1-Packers
2-Steelers
3-Cowboys
4-Patriots
5-Bears

The average NFL fan doesn't care about the Bears. Their success was many years ago.

Yeah, because the Steelers went 1 over them when they won their 6th. Steelers are easily the best run franchise over the last 40 years, and especially over the last decade. They are as consistant in football as the Red Wings are in Hockey and the Yankees are in baseball. No team drafts and develops talent at such a high rate as Pittsburgh. New England has become that over the last decade, but even they can't match Pittsburgh, Green Bay's current managment looks like they will be in that same mold, where they mostly ignore free agency, and build their franchises through the draft.

Also I think the Bucs are very under the radar in this regard, the team is only about 33 years old, they started play the same year I was born. They have two good things in place to build around, Josh Freeman at QB and Raheem Morris at HC, I think these guys are great and will eventually be the keys to the Bucs second title.

The Bucs will have to play a real schedule next year though.
