We will be relocating to FL. One of the areas we are interested in is the Tampa area. We need family friendly areas. Looking for areas that have sports, kid and family activities, parks, fishing, neighborhoods with families, etc. If it helps we are looking at homes around $150,000 to $200,000, 3+ bedrooms, 2+ bathrooms, and a pool (or a pool in the community).

What areas do your recommend?

Check into Safety Harbor. It is very family friendly … the whole city revolves around activities for children and families. The schools are good and the people there are extremely nice. You might be able to find some homes in your price range there, but they go pretty quickly as it is a desirable place to be.

Do you have jobs lined up?

Valrico, Bloomingdale, both good areas with plenty to do and very family oriented. Excellent schools as well.

We work from home and can go just about anywhere.

Safety Harbor looks GREAT.

Thank you so much!
