Hi there,
My girlfriend and I are travelling to Clearwater in September, we were there last year but in the past year we have taken up Pitch and Putt. Does anyone know of any PnP courses in the Clearwater/Tampa area? We wont be bringing clubs with us so club hire would be a must.
Thanks,
Paul, Dublin, Irl

I am assuming Pitch and Putt is the same as miniture golf. I have never heard that term for it. So, assuming that is what you are looking for here is a website for you to explore:

Clearwater, Florida Mini Golf Courses

Pitch/Putts are par-3 courses - usually can be found around driving ranges. Some are lit for night play. Usually the holes are very short (50-130 yds). I don't know of any in Clearwater. Sarasota has one by the airport.

Hi there,
Thank you both for your replies, I have revised my search criteria to look for Par3 golf and have found a good few courses to try but the below one looks the nicest and only 9 miles from Feathersound where we will stay.

Stats about all US cities - real estate, relocation info, crime, house prices, cost of living, races, home value estimator, recent sales, income, photos, schools, maps, weather, neighborhoods, and more

Thx,

Paul.

Best one I know of is Countryway in Tampa. Its not too deep into Tampa though, maybe a 20 minute drive from Clearwater. Course is in excellent shape, has maybe 3 or 4 Par 4 holes (short ones and no par 5). It's located off of waters.

Countryway GOLF Club - One of the best Executive golf courses in Florida.

Its really a good idea to start on those courses for beginners, for older folks who want to get out and walk a little, children, and folks that just want to work on their short game/half wedges/putting.

Here are a few, Pinellas County, Florida - Par 3 and Executive Golf, I thought there used to be one I used to play over at East Bay Country Club that was lit for night play but it's been many years.
