Can someone please enlighten me on why everyone here is in such a hurry to make it on time to an $8hr job? I could understand maybe in NY or DC where you are actually making money, but why get all up on someones rear when the job you are going to is a step above fry cook?

Hey, we love our work over here too!

It is not about the pay. You may be driving too slow like grandpa specially when it is dark in the morning . Check your glasses and get in the flow. It is amazing how many are sleeping on the road at this time.

How do you know it was a job as a fry cook? Something wrong with folks working regardless with what their job is? I agree that folks in a rush all of the time should leave their house 5 minutes earlier, but really?

It's better to make $8.00 and hour and have a responsible job and take care of yourself that being dependent on Social Services, don't you think?

Who's getting paid $8 an hour in Florida? I'm certainly not and I'm sure there are plenty of others who aren't either.

I'm 100% with another poster that said its better to make $8 working then collecting from the system!!

Their job is how they provide for their family, how much they make is irrelevant, whats at stake is their ability to support their loved ones . Maybe if you didn't live in Westchase you wouldn't have those 8/hr people driving out of their 120k townhouses.

Look, the faster you get to your job and do your 8 hours, the faster you get home and get your golf gear on or flip-flops and paddle board and head to the beach!
