Welcome Von. My best and most important piece of advice is to make sure you have thick skin if you dare to post anything positive once you get here and learn to use the ignore feature.
Great place to eat , IMO, is Cafe Alfresco in downtown Dunedin....if you want to take a trip over there. Phenomenal chefs! We absolutely LOVE the food there.

It's definitely more residential, if I were to live on the beaches, it would be up that direction rather than the southern beaches in Pinellas. Our absolute favorite place to eat is PJ's Oyster Bar on Indian Rocks Beach, great food (not just oysters), great prices...definitely be prepared for a wait, but you can get drinks at the bar and sit outside. It's a very casual beachy-place.
I think the only thing you may find irritating, depending on where you're working and the time you drive, is your commute. Totally worth it in my opinion, if I could afford to live down there

I was going to say PJ's too. Also Salt Rock Grill (Indian Shores) and Island Way Grill (Clearwater) are great...and they both have 2 for $25 deals before 5:30pm. You will learn to eat that early!

It's definitely more residential, if I were to live on the beaches, it would be up that direction rather than the southern beaches in Pinellas. Our absolute favorite place to eat is PJ's Oyster Bar on Indian Rocks Beach, great food (not just oysters), great prices...definitely be prepared for a wait, but you can get drinks at the bar and sit outside. It's a very casual beachy-place.
