Hi folks...

I need two things:
1. I need someone to help me find a really nice black elegant (VERY ELEGANT) gift box that would fit a photo frame at 4.8x6.4 in size, but this will be shipped, and so this box will have to be flat enough that this item won't bounce as its made out of glass.

2. I also need a VERY elegant black box about 5/6 inches tall by 2.5/3inches wide.

If these both can be black both inside and out it would be awesome.

Now, I have been to Hallmark, and I have been to Michaels and JoAnns, and neither has what I am looking for, so could please tell me who else gift wraps, and has really nice boxes?

Originally I was going to go with a Chinese/Japanese music box that can also serve as make up storing box, however they don;t have the right sizes.

I don't know what actual store to check out...neither Target nor Wallie have anything of this sort, and i am not sure which store in any mall can have this...I am willing to go all the way to Sarasota if i have to.

I tried finding a guitar shaped gift box online but didn't find any...so, if you know of an online place that might sell this stuff I am all ears. It needs to be black also, and about 4 inches by 5/6 inches tall.

Thank you much!

I highly recommend asking Beach Papery and Gifts in St Petersburg, preferably speaking with owner Yun, I've been going there for years, and they have that kind of stuff, and when they don't have exactly the thing, they know where to get it. They have a phone # on their barebones web page (727-822-8951). It's a small gift shop with emphasis on holiday items, stationery, wedding stuff, nice little oddities. Because they are boxing so much of what they sell, including frames, they may have what you need.

Awesome, thank you. I will check them out.

I looked at the Container Store down in ST but the sizes were off.

Thank you so much.

Ohh yeah, I did find one thing on Etsy that was really neat, the only problem is that the payment was through paypal, and I don't do paypal. I'll have to email them and see...

Thank you much!

Each shop is different, some stores there only accept paypal, but others do take direct checkout, it really is up to the store owner.

I was going to suggest the Container Store too, lol

I doubt they would sell you theirs but maybe check with a jeweler or two - I would think high end jewelry comes in really nice black boxes - maybe they would tell you where they get their boxes.
