Is anyone familiar with either of these two townhome developments?
Any info about the location, community, HOA (if it is run well/badly) would be appreciated.

Thanks!

We lived in Hampton Chase when we first moved down here. We rented in the community for close to 9 months. We only left because we found a house that we wanted to purchase.

I have no idea what the current HOA is but the grounds were taken care of pretty well. I don't know the structure and what is covered under the HOA to know if it is well run.

We loved the community. Neither one of us wanted to leave due to the people who lived there, but there were an awful lot of renters, so the community could change frequently. Location is pretty central. You will wait for some time to get out onto 9 Eagles when school is in session, Linebaugh has pretty heavy traffic during rush hour but other than that the location is quite good. I work at Rocky Point and my wife off of Dale Mabry and Waters. Neither one of our commutes are horrible.

I love the Westchase area....safe, clean, friendly, and easy to navigate.

I am at work so I am keeping this short...happy to answer more if needed.

Thanks, ColtsFan. A few questions for you...

How long ago did you live there? Did you find that the townhouse was well constructed? Or are the walls paper thin and you can hear your neighbors very clearly?
Also, how did you get a 9 month lease? I can't seem to find anything shorter than a year?
