He put them on traffic/road signs, which is the problem. That is illegal and dangerous.

He should have hired those guys who dances around. Should be able to pay that.

In all this, he has achieved his objective--making the word out about the judge.

I don't think the punishment fits the crime, but he was warned not to do that even told where he could do it, and he went into "this is America" mode so good luck with all that now.

A key point, Puetz said, is that officers asked Mazzara more than once to stop. They even offered advice on where he could put stickers, but he ignored their warnings, Puetz said.
There you go. He was told what he was doing was illegal and asked to stop. When he didn't, he got charged.

He COULD have been arrested, but from what the article says that didn't happen. There was no booking photo posted and no mention of an arrest. I'm sure he was simply given a court date.

And while technically he could get jail time (as is possible in any misdemeanor), it's extremely unlikely.

Maybe the guy should just forget about his divorce find something productive to do with his free time, and move on.

What a waste of money and I don't mean on the side of the County even though it is sad that our tax money has to be used for some guy who can't deal with family court and the decision made.

Some people are just bored and need something better to do. I can see why the ex wife became the ex wife!
