Wow, I am really sorry for the long link, but here are the Amazon Fulfillment jobs in Ruskin. $14.50/hour!!! Now that's awesome! Because I remember hearing these would be $12.00/hour, then I saw them posted for $10.50/hour on Indeed, but now here's the latest and this is great. If I had to guess, the Indeed job posting I saw was probably though an intermediary, taking their cut. Guess that didn't work out, lol!

Lead Fulfillment Associates Job in Riverview, Florida US

If the link doesn't work, try searching at Monster.com direct.

Great post? Ummm I think you both missed the word "Lead" in the job title? It has more responsibility than a regular Fulfillment Associate which is why it's paid a whopping 30k annual salary. They're not magically paying more for no reason.

I know they are getting state incentives based on having a decent average annual salary, they must be paying those managers, analyst, and IT folks quite a bit! It's certainly not going to the fulfillment people if the highest salary is 30k

Hourly Fulfillment Associate Jobs
Fulfillment Associate
Seasonal Fulfillment Associate
Lead Fulfillment Associate
Part-Time Fulfillment Associate

That is excellent pay for a lead job, which is not a supervisor position.......especially in the area where it is located. Not sure what you expect for that type of job.

I'd like to see the hourly pay of their lowly associates. You know, the ones who will make up the majority of that company. I can assure you, most people who start working here wont be leads or managers.

I hope these people like standing and walking fast for 8 hr shift. Hustle is the name of the game. I worked in a warehouse for 30 yrs. it's hot and heavy work and very fast pace. I'm glade that amazon opened up here, just wish we did not have to pay sales tax. To all future employees good luck and don't quit before you give it a chance.
