I believe they are talking about more than just the Ray's. They are most likely including all the spring training games we have.

Jobs? We cannot change the mind of someone who has already come to a conclusion, based on outdated experinces.

Since when does nightly mass shootings and killings = world class?

I always find these lists interesting. Sometimes an area making the top ten is an indicator that it might be time to move on. I like it here well enough, but as it gets more populous, it becomes less desirable for me. Not that I want to be a hermit out in the sticks, but I'm just not a fan of crowded places.

Yes, because Penske truck reports are a great way to know where a good place to live is. Smart folks may worry about schools and crime, but in paradise you simply can't focus on that.

What would really tell the folks the best places to live, are where the Greyhound bus people go. I'll bet they are keeping that one quiet, because you don't want all the people to move to paradise.

You saying that is no different than someone saying Tampa Bay is a meth lab based on West Pasco. You realize Chicago is huge and just like any MSA it has suburbs and really nice areas in the city itself where gun violence is a non issue. I was talking to a client who lives in Chicago and used to live in Lutz, and I suddenly had a realization that I have never heard of someone who moved to Florida from an upper middle class neighborhood and thinks Florida is paradise, most people feel the way I do which is Eh.

Lol on the Penske truck reports, however, it is a good indicator of where people are going. Maybe not which people, but it is a moving company, so they would certainly know where people are moving to and from.
