How long would you work in an entry level position before you look to move up
to either a higher level or management position? Does higher education really matter here in Tampa or is it just about who you know?

Tampa is not a good place to be if you want to move up in Corp America.

You will need to be willing to relocate.

yeah tampa is not a highly educated area, all sorts of degrees wont go too far here, if u want to make money here you'll most likely need to start a successful business.

You probably won't have to start on 3rd shift washing dishes with a degree, but you'll still have to work the drive through, weeknights and weekends. If you work hard and follow the rules, you can make shift supervisor within 2 years. Within 7 or 8, you might make store manager. That's when the money really starts rolling in. Good luck!!
