See World asks for ID with pass membership at the park entrance (for parking). We experienced it 9 out of 10 times for sure. Busch Gardens never do this, you basically show your member passport and park.
However at the gave all pass members asked to scan their finger and if it's not a match with one on file, they ask for ID.

EngGirl is right,I visit Sea World more often and almost always get the ID check to park,in the last couple of years I've been taking the free shuttle from Orlando to Busch Gardens so I haven't parked there as much.But I still think in the times I've parked at Busch they did check it once or twice.
