Palm Harbor to SpringHill is an enormous area, Any particular criteria that you are looking for ?

Why? There are very few palm trees up there...

Palm Harbor is miles and miles away from Spring Hill....I wouldn't live in Spring Hill if you paid me...

"What WE Think" is irrelevant here, we're not moving to those areas you mentioned....

Much cheaper to live in Springhill. Skip west Pasco county unless it is a nicer newer hood.

Not necessarily so if u look in the right places. North country is fine to live in depending on what you like and where u are working if you are working. It has a different feel and vibe then other parts, not as trendy as. Other areas but homey

If you don't need to commute anywhere and you looking for cheap housing, Spring Hill might be your place. It took us an hour to get to Spring Hill from Wesley Chapel few days ago. It's far from Tampa for sure.

There are some very nice neighborhoods up here in SH. As others have said, it depends what you're looking for and what needs you have.

We love living here, as we approach the 3-year mark.
