Have a friend who's really happy at Brighthouse on the Riverview / Brandon/Tampa line...

T-mobile also has a call center in Tampa. My girlfriend is transferring from the Richmond call center, then I'm moving there from Tallahassee (though not necessarily working in a call center - been there, done that).

Hilton Hotels, you work from home, but the call center is in Tampa. Coca Cola in Temple Terrace. T-Mobile in the New Tampa area. I went to a job fair recently. Coca Cola and T-Mobile were there accepting resumes. There was another cell phone carrier there, but I can't remember which one (maybe Sprint). The Macy's call center is in St. Petersburg.
