Way above normal temps. Lived here all my life and it is a fact the planet is getting warmer. Should have been in the 50's even 40's by now. Nothing but warm year round is not far off and most of you will live to see how bad it will get.

I want nothing to do with the 40's. The fewer of those mornings the better, IMO.

The pool water has been too cold for me to go in for many weeks, but we have been able to leave the windows open all day due to the lower dew points.

Either way, it does not sound like the type of weather the OP would like.

I can live without 40's myself. But a 57 would be nice. Just saying that it has been in the 40's in Oct before. If i remember right,Oct 1977 it was 48 around the 18th and then in 08 it was 42 near the end of Oct. I am pulling this from my head, but anyone can check online.

windows open all day? Its been like 87 degrees.

Yes, but lower dew points and a great breeze. We do run the AC in our bedroom at night.
