Hi Nitokenshi,

I was wondering what the hilton testing session is about? What kinds of questions do they ask? How long is the session? Is it hard?

Sorry for too much questions!
I applied on line for the work at home customer service, and they told me to come in for the testing.

Thanks!!

Typing skills, basic math, English skills. Not that long an hr or less. It wasn't difficult for me but if I remember correctly a lot of people failed though.

Bumping this back up - interested in possibly working for Hilton at home. But wondering what the hourly pay is. Anyone know?

I've applied 2 times for both HSN and Hilton, both turn me down for lack of experience.

Default Hilton Job Info

I worked in the Hilton call center a few years ago and my friend works part time for Hilton at home. The job is making hotel reservations for several chains (Hampton Inn, Embassy Suites, etc) My friend works 6pm to 10pm 6 nights per week and makes $9 per hr plus small commission on each room booked. She had to go through 3 weeks training at the office on Waters Ave before working at home.

I am in the process if trying to get on with Hilton work at Home. I have plenty of experience making hotel reservations but seem to be having a problem getting my computer through thier testing. It is only almost three years old but something is not meshing with what it needs to mesh with. Anyone have any advice what it might be? I have done everything we can think of. I really could use this job if anyone can help you would be a life saver
