No internet service for the past 2 hours.

Anyone else have this issue? in the New Tampa/Wesley Chapel area...

Service has gone down the hill ever since Spectrum took over BH. This is the third outage this year.

i've been having sporadic issues with mine too and i live in New Tampa. It gets very irritating because if you call Spectrum, they will just tell you to reboot your router, but there's more to it than that obviously. This needs to stop

Update: Outage lasted 3 hours.

I wouldn't have known about the outage except that I took the day off to be home.

On days when am on the road for work and there is an outage at home, I would have had no idea.

I no longer work so I'm very aware of any outage. And even when I'm away or on vacation I get a notification from my security system if there's any internet or power outage. Had more power blips and outages in past year than internet outage.

Interesting how much we come to depend on being connected to the internet. As whole homes become fully connected the providers need to step up their game. I'm ready for any short outage as I can connect my laptop and PC to my cell phone hotspot in a pinch.

That's interesting. What did Spectrum offer you in the past?
