When I got home last night, around 9PM, there's 3 stations at Big Bend and 301 and each had gasoline and there were no lines. I just pulled right up to the pump.

I was going to comment on that, but ignored it. Glad you posted something though...Tampa area has few places where I'd be concerned and consider it "ghetto".
