Welcome to Tampa Bay! Not sure what you mean by "citi tampa" but you prolly want to be looking near the Patel Bros. store on Fowler Ave. if you want to be near Indian groceries. That is also near the USF area; lots of Indian restaurants around there.

As far as "best elementary schools around," it all depends what your definition of "best" is. Don't think the public schools near USF have good reputations, but I could be wrong.

They're Indian as stated, and no doubt a new employee of Citigroup, who recruits and hires people from Indian and Pakistan quite heavily.

So they're asking about a community around the Citigroup campus north of Brandon.

There is a large population of Indian and Pakistani people who live in the apartments in the area of Lumsden Ave. and Providence Ave. in Brandon. Many apartment complexes in that area south of the Costco.
