Homes are beautiful - 54 is very crowded - not sure about schools. The area itself is very desirable except traffic getting worse.

Lots and Lots of land still to develop along 54 to 56 and beyond. This Frankenstein is just getting built stay tuned. It is now just approaching toddler stage.

Watch for CDD and Taxes,.We were going to go into contract and When I called the tax assesor office and was given 7000 a year, plus HOA and that depends on the price of the home.The sales people are not up front...coming from NJ paying 13k I was not paying 6500-9000 a year...We bought a custom 3 year home in Trinity across from Starkey..
