Anyone live in, invest in, used to live in, etc the Riverview area? Looking at a few SFR and townhomes in the 33578 zip, however is there anything one should know about the area in general (crime, safety, schools, etc)

The traffic is murder. Not like it was when my friend newbi lips lived there in 1982. Over built for the roads.

You probably need to be a little more specific if possible.

I say that because some parts of Riverview are becoming impassable at nearly all hours because of the rapid growth coupled with lack of infrastructure.

There are parts in the northern portion that I would describe as sketchy as well.

Ok - subdivisions like Maple Glen, Avelar Creek North, Magnolia Park... any of those decent?

Maple Glen - couldn't find it.

Magnolia Park - if this is the area off of Progress Blvd. between Falkenburg and I-75, borderline sketchy.

Avelar Creek - area north of Big Bend Road and 301 - good, but very, very congested.

If you can provide more information on the Maple Glen choice I'll offer an opinion. Maybe the builder if there is one or a property address?
