Hi all,

I am in the market for a new cleaning person/service and I really don't want to call random people from Craigslist or the Yellow Pages. I'd love a recommendation for someone who you have used and trust. Cleaning services are a dime a dozen so I want to make sure I make a good choice from the start instead of testing people out left and right. In my experience, the quality of the service varies drastically from person to person.

If you don't know of anyone personally, do you know if there is an online rating system for cleaning services? I know of Angie's List but I don't really want to pay for this......I also have used Service Magic in the past but I've found that just because someone is listed there and has good reviews doesn't necessarily mean much.

Any suggestions are appreciated. Thanks, Jess

Maybe you can PM the OP on this thread - she may be able to give you some good leads on a few.
