I am looking at two different condo complexes in two different towns. Bella Vista in Largo and Victoria Palms in Dunedin. Does anyone have any information about either of those neighborhoods?

Victoria Palms is right in Downtown Dunedin. Great neighborhood and great community. Unlike the Largo location, theres more to do, friendlier people, you'll use the car less, and you're right on the pinellas trail, while being able to walk to the water. Trust me, you probably do not want to live at that Largo location: hardly anything to do (they recently closed the gulfcoast museum), youll use your car 100%, your close to the trail but not really, the water is a 10 or 15 minute drive away.

Dunedin, within walking:
Dunedin Fine art center (have been working very hard to engage the younger arts crowd in the city)
house of beers (new place to get an imported beer, great choices, very friendly)
pinellas trial (heavily traveled on the weekends; theres a publix within biking distance)
dunedin brewery (very very popular microbrewery that will always be packed on the weekends)
movies in the park (old movies in the main st park, always a good turn out)
saturday farmers market
launch a kayak (or bigger boat) right into the water, less than half a mile to small beautiful islands

not to mention all the festivals they close downtown off for.
now if Dunedin would just do something interesting with the Fenway, and get a few more art galleries, it would be awesome

Thank you so much for your reply. It is such a big decision and I do not want to make it lightly. Are the surrounding Streets to Victoria Palm a good neighborhood? Someone emailed and said it is going down hill quickly. It looks nice.
