Buying a home in the $200,000 or less price range, and with 2 small kids I was looking for communities with a great pool area(or even good playgrounds) for my kids in the Riverview/Brandon area. I know of Panther Trace, any others? I have a realtor team set up, I just have not asked them yet ad I thought I would get your opinion too!

Thank you!

There are a few homes for sale in Lake St. Charles in Riverview under $200k. I think it is a fantastic family community with a great resort-style pool, 2 playgrounds, a sports field, pretty jogging path, tennis courts and basketball courts.

Maybe there are other communities which have more expensive homes, but ask your realtor if there are sellers who are looking for a short sale, so the more expensive home can be sold for $ 200,000 or less.

If you are open to it you should look at Meadow Pointe in Wesley Chapel. They have 3 different pool areas as well as 3 playground areas. Each of these community centers have fitness rooms which are great as well. You have lots of conveniences all around and you can be anywhere in Tampa in a pretty reasonable time since you have both I-75and I-275 right here. Just a thought.

Yes, agree. I prefer the New Tampa, Wesley Chapel area any day over Riverview/Brandon. There are newer cCommunities with tons to do. Meadow Pointe, Lexington Oaks, Hunter's Greene any many, many more that are exceptional.
