Can you give me an estimate of the commute WITH Traffic? What would be the best choice of all ( westchase, valrico or new tampa)?

Thank you for your help.

My choice of the three areas you mentioned for a commute to St. Joseph's would be Westchase. If you are a 9 to 5er, it may be up to 35-40 min MAX. You should Google Map an address in Westchase to St. Joseph's, there is a "traffic" button on the Google Map you can view the trouble spots at different times of the day...

Westchase it the most logical place to live in relation to St Joseph on Martin Luther King. But if its the St. Joseph on Fletcher then, you would want to live in New Tampa.

But Travel time during mornings and evenings for the Westchase/MLK location would be about 30 mins where as the New Tampa/Fletcher location would be about 10-20 mins.

Helping people find a place to live is my job and free for you, so if you need anything else, just email. Dave
