I'll be moving back home from London this coming fall and am looking for rentals (budget stage). I've heard that banks are starting to rent out some of their vacant inventory to so called 'home managers' at half the normal rent. Any idea where I can find more of these?

just found the catches. what they're looking for is people to give the vacant homes the 'lived in' feeling because they show/sell better. Also to take care of the lawns and pools and to obviously run the utilities so the home doesn't rot. you have to have your own high end furniture which 'fits' the style of house. The house has to be presentable at all times as it is 'for sale' and you have to be prepared to move as and when it does sell.
