Hi there. This is Mrs. donandmonica. Can anyone tell me about the fees associated with Strawberry Ridge? Do you have to purchase on a specific street/area if you have pets? Who is responsible for the lawn maintainence? Are there any good hobby stores in the area? Like maybe a Hobby Lobby? Movie theater? I would appreciate any help. We're looking at a move to the area and keep gravitating toward Strawberry Ridge. We used to live in Brandon in the mid 80's. So it's been awhile and I'm sure there have been alot of changes. Any info will be appreciated.

Hello - Brandon has changed a lot since the 80s. There is a Michaels and Joanne's crafts nearby. No Hobby Lobby, though. Brandon has a large movie theatre, too, but crowded on the weekends. I don't know anything about Strawberry Ridge except where it is, and it is a nice area of town.
