How long of a drive would this be at 6:30am and then back to Oldsmar at 4:30pm. I have heard that 19 is pretty congested but wanted to know what the locals have to say.

Not sure about the morning trip, but the return trip will definitely be congested. It helps that 19 is a freeway for part of the journey, but there are some bad patches around Clearwater. If I'm not mistaking, I think construction is about to start/has started along 19 near Clearwater Mall.

Around 30 mins AM and a bit more in the PM. It all depends on which part of Pinellas park you would be going.
Yes, 19 is under construction right now but you can go Bayside Bridge instead of 19.
