I'll be living with a family in Spain in exchange for child care and English lessons. The kids are bilingual in Spanish and Catalan so this will be their third language. What are some fun and easy things to help kids learn the language?

You can buy some cheap toys for teaching vocabulary and simple aspects of grammar. Use their own picture books to do the same, as well. Coloring books are also good. When they learn to name all the objects on the page (animals, street scene, nature, whatever), they earn the privilege of coloring in the page. You could Google around to see if you can find any English As a Second Language materials appropriate for elementary school kids before you leave on your trip.
And by the way, they'll learn the most if you speak English to them constantly. They'll catch on eventually.
