who in their right minds would use a 5 month job on a resume! Fyi: This isn't the only teaching job I have had.
Gaps in employment are always a red flag. Trust me, I was a principal, and if I saw such gaps not adequately explained the application materials would be discarded.

It is easy to just lie on application with years of employment. Just change the dates on employments. I honestly have no long gaps on my employment. It's really not that serious.
I am however worried about the fact that in GA Pre-K teachers have a database where all the trainings are uploaded and will remain ther no matter what. If I try to get a teaching job in GA as a pre K teacher I can not lie and say "I never worked as a teacher in ga" because they will refer to my file on the database and ask about the trainings. I will then have to bring up the job I left. I guess I will just remain in Florida as a teacher. I like teaching in florida anyways.
Georgia standards are more defined and easier to understand than Florida's standards for Pre K. That is the only thing I am going to miss about being a PRE k teacher in Georgia.
