This is great news that was pointed out to me by one of our regulars. We use to be 44th in the country but now we are 47th. Perhaps it is not true in all of the state, but where I live we also enjoy incredible services like police, parks, greenways and education amidst a thriving and beautifully restored city. I truly believe it's the best bang for the buck in the country.

The low taxes were a major factor why my wife and I selected TN for retirement. Besides low taxes, TN has a lot of natural beauty, friendly people and relatively low cost of living.
