We watched the news and saw the weather reports. I'm wondering how the weather was on Sunday/Monday down there?

I'd check with your property management company and tenants.

I cannot stress enough the difference in weather between Selmer and Johnson City.

I think most of the damage in that area was around Whiteville and Pickwick Landing State Park.
