I want to find all the info I can about the schools in Oak Ridge Tn.
I checked out Greatschools.com and the actual school websites.

Is there another site??

There are no schools in Oak Ridge on the No Child Left Behind "needs improvement" list. In fact, I don't believe any schools in Anderson County are on that list.

I know they are building a High School. I also know the town voted to raise sales tax to do that.

I subscribe to the Oak Ridge Observer. It's the weekly newspaper. They have a lot of articles on things going on in the school district. If you have Adobe Acrobat Reader you can read older issues online. Just go to their website and click on the Archives tab. In addition to school budget related things you can read about school activities and honors.

Sperlings Best Places says Oak Ridge spends $7,490 per student compared to the National Average of $6,058. Knoxville spends $5,440 per student to give you a comparison idea but you might want to go to that website to see how much your current school district spends per student to give you a better idea.
