Rutherford could potentially pass Hamilton county by the 2030 census.

[quote=JMT;54973567]The Census Bureau released this morning its 2018 population estimates for every county in America. Tennessee's one-year growth was 61,216, or 0.9%.

Would you mind posting the link? I can't seem to find the data and was interested in a few other states.

I still want to see the out migration numbers for Davidson County and the percentage of those that relocated within Tennessee. I feel like so many have been priced out of Nashville and have moved to Murfreesboro, Cookeville, Lebanon, etc.

Can anyone shed some light on the large increase in Trousdale County? Does this have anything to do with a new prison?

Interesting to see Montgomery County at such high numbers again. I'm not surprised Wilson is growing faster than Sumner, even though Sumner has a lot going on itself. I imagine Davidson just has many people either being priced out or simply cashing out and buying something more affordable in the outer counties.

That's a metropolitan Nashville area county. The metro area of Nashville is mostly growing at a quicker clip than the rest of TN.
