. Many requests in the past for HORSE friendly towns. Today newspaper has nice article about 26 lot community with 5 acre minimum.
. Eight miles from small city Dayton , East side of state. Mentions stables , common pavilion, and spring fed dock lake / sandy children play.
. Everyone knows we are retired ,non animal owners. Dayton also has the Dec holiday Horse Parade, we enjoyed in the past. Some non - ridge view lots can be as low as $30-35K , at least 5 acre & UnderGround Utilities.
Also borders the Cumberland Hike Trail linear 305 mile state Park.
