A disgruntled Tesla employee has leaked a trove of internal documents to a German news site, Handelsblatt. Among other things, these docs show thousands of customer complaints of aberrant acceleration, braking, and crashes. Even more concerning, they show a company policy that such safety complaints be dealt with in a manner that doesn't create a paper trail.
