make sure one of your first stops is ACS (Army Community Services). they will tell you when the German Wives Club meets, where to go for jobs, and answer just about any question you might have or help you in any way you need

Hello I am PCSing to Fort Hood with my husband in Sept as well, he is over seas right now, so I am doing it all by myself. I was also wondering about employment. I live in MI right now and I work for Blue Cross Blue Shield and not to brag but I make a decent income, I am so scared that I will not be able to find something good! How do I find out about the jobs with DOD?

you go to USA JOBS or to the CPOL site to find DOD jobs
