A number of State agencies have it at over 1M. But these are estimates.

Do we win something if we reach 6 cities with over 1 million? We should get 1 million in every city if we keep getting anchor babies or if the crime in Mexico is bad.

I agree it will not take 5 years. But I don't think it will take 15 years for Austin and Ft. Worth to reach a million. That is a bit of a stretch as well. I think FW will be reaching a million by 2020 and Austin will reach it a year or two later IF the growing trends continue. That's a big IF of course but these two cities have shown no signs of slowing down.
