My family is looking at the option of relocating to the Beaumont area. We currently live in NC and tried looking on Craigslist at rental homes but find nothing. We are just wondering if there are few rentals or if they are just not listed. We are looking for a single family 4 bedroom and all of the listings are apartments. Any suggestions on where to look?

Call some of the RE sales places to see if they have rentals.

Not all of Beaumont is family-friendly, do your research.
Consider outlying areas.

Criagslist is not well used in Beaumont. Try SouthEastTexas.com
For family friendly look at Lumberton, or Nederland. The Beaumont school district has problems.
